Our mega bagel (baked or non-baked) is available in 8 types: plain, sesame, poppy seeds, cinnamon & raisin, everything (sesame, poppy seeds, onion, garlic), sun-dried tomato, chili & cheddar, and food doctor (flax seed, sesame, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds).
We get our bagels from a company in Germany, which produces the best bagels in Europe, and has been doing so since 2000, when they started specializing in producing authentic, American bagels. Our bagels are kosher products, which means that they are produced according to Jewish recipes. Furthermore, the bagels are made of yeast dough and produced without eggs, milk or preservatives. Their slightly chewy texture is a result of the bagels being dipped in boiling water before they are baked.
Our bagels are "bake off", which means that they are around 95% precooked and after this, shock frozen. This keeps the moisture in the bagel, and thereby, makes is stay fresh longer. We do the final baking of the bagels in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Our bagels are also available as non-baked.
